# Trusty Living

> Trusty Living is an independent rental review platform where renters share verified experiences of properties, landlords, letting agents and neighbourhoods. Free for tenants: reading and writing reviews, asking previous renters questions and saving shortlists cost nothing.

Trusty Living covers rental homes across the UK. Reviews rate four things: the property, the landlord, the letting agent and the local area. Renters can verify their tenancy with a document (tenancy agreement, deposit certificate or utility bill); verified reviews show a green shield. Landlords cannot pay to hide or remove ratings.
